Denise Lee is a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher, Total Health Instructor, and Wellbeing Coach. She answered the call to become a wellness coach after twenty years of service in the New York City school system. She is living her highest purpose daily by inspiring others to live more authentic and intuitive lives.

Total wellbeing coaching uses proven elements of Ayurveda and modern scientific methods to bring about transformation. Your coach guides you based on a needs assessment and a Dosha Quiz. Rather than focusing on the past. Wellbeing coaching takes you from where you are to where you want to be. We help you set clear goals and intentions, and develop a plan to get you there.
Primordial Sound Meditation
Meditation is the antidote to stress, anxiety, and inflammation. Studies have shown that a regular meditation practice can reduce blood pressure, regulate the nervous system, improve memory and focus, reduce inflammation, and increase longevity.
